Hello Logistics Members,

Now that the holidays are over and the new year is here, it is time to get together and plan out the year’s activities.

January 23, 2012 @ 0930hrs (plan on 4hrs) – MOB Center

“Meeting Agenda”

Create a monthly work schedule for regular/monthly MOB Center checks (pick dates on the new schedule)
Go over last year’s training events.
Create a MOB Center monthly check list.
LOGS Trailer “to do” list.
MOB Center “to do” list.
Go over mobilization procedure (LOGS Table 4).
    – Mobilization Check Lists
    – Equipment Distribution
    – Vehicle Inspection Forms
    – Vehicle Assignment
Create a list of Task Force Equipment, Vehicle , and supplies that need to be addressed.
MOB Center Vehicle layout.

Feel free to suggest any additional ideas that you may have.
